Originally met with these clients right as the market was starting to change and our outlook for pricing then versus the ultimate sold price was much different. However, we did everything that we could to maximize the exposure of the home and ensure that no stone was left unturned. We even called all the neighbours to invite them to the open house. After the home had been on the market for approximately 6 weeks, without selling, we decided that it wasn’t a matter of exposure but rather of price.
