“The REAL Collective team was instrumental in my success in selling and buying a home. Each individual on the team (with whom I had the pleasure of working) were knowledgeable, kind and efficient. They were always willing to answer my questions, whether via phone call or message, in a quick and helpful manner. They work seamlessly together and this made the entire process quite enjoyable.”

“Sean Tasse and his team at REAL Collective were wonderful to work with. Sean provided us with the guidance we needed for a POA sale and was patient with us throughout the entire process. His deep understanding of the market and his knowledge allowed us to sell quickly and get the closing date we needed. We highly recommend Sean to help you with any of your real estate needs. There is no doubt he will provide you with the guidance, knowledge, and advice, you will need to be successful when selling your house.”

“My husband and I had the pleasure of working with Ermin for over a year and it was truly a fantastic experience. He was incredibly patient and always took the time to explain everything, making us feel comfortable every step of the way. No question was too small and he genuinely cared about our needs. We can’t recommend him enough for his honesty and reliability.

Thank you Ermin for all your help we love our new home!”

“Sean and his team have been excellent partners to work with the past few years.
Sean understands what I look at in homes to buy depending on the strategy and how to sell it best too. Another reason I really like to work with Sean is that he values your business. While others are nonchalant or arrogant, Sean is polite, honest, shows gratitude in words and action and is not afraid to push the limits you ask of him.
Apart of being a realtor Sean is a very good human being too, from my personal experience in the ups and downs of life and real estate.
Thank you Sean… for what you do.”

“Sean is the best. Communication, strategy, knowledge – all top notch.”

“Elliot assisted me with closing on my first income property in the Ottawa area. He was kind, knowledgeable and patient as I navigated the buying process as an investor, and not as a homebuyer. Would definitely recommend!”

“Rose sold my house for me and did a phenomenal job at it too. She provided not only exceptional service, but, also got me a very good price, more than expected. Highly recommended!”

“Selling with Ermin and the Real Collective team was great. Ermin was my wonderful realtor (see separate review), and I valued the support of the whole team as well, from Amanda’s responsiveness and reliability, to Sean’s work behind the scenes. I really did feel as though I had a team working with me as I navigated the purchase and sale process.”

“Working with Ermin was a great experience. In addition to being a hard-working realtor, Ermin thought outside the box on the best ways to sell my home and put new approaches into action. I know that Ermin put in countless hours behind the scenes to get me the home of my dreams and to sell my house to the right buyer. I learned early on to trust his advice. Best of all, Ermin is a highly ethical real estate agent who always represented my best interests. You’ll be fortunate to work with Ermin!”

“This review is long overdue. We had met with other agents and just didn’t feel that they really wanted to get the best price. They just wanted their commission. Sean and his team was referred to us by a friend after sharing our frustrations. After contacting Sean he quickly responded, prepared a plan and presentation, and we retained his services. He offered the most professional, modern, and all encompassing services. A hard combo to find. They helped with staging, made an awesome video, recommended changes, proposed a solid price point, and off we went to the market in a very quickly. We were in a neighbourhood where all the houses are almost the same. We not only sold the house in a way shorter time frame than the others on the market, but also achieved a much better price – one that we never thought possible. A huge thank you for all of your guidance and work towards selling our home. We would highly recommend!”

“Elliot was so patient with us as we looked for a home and when we did find one and consequently sold ours, he was such a fierce advocate for us through the whole process. He was so knowledgeable about location and construction of homes and of the whole process. And, throughout all this was a fantastic sense of humor! Amanda in the office was so quick and efficient, I had no time to even question what was next!”

“Sean was the agent who helped me sell my house. Right from the beginning, I felt a sense of ease with Sean; unlike other agents I’ve worked with in the past, he was happy to educate me throughout the process and helped me understand intricacies that I had never grasped before. What’s more, he has an optimistic and joyful attitude which made the entire process much less anxiety-inducing. He was available for me whenever necessary and answered calls and messages quickly and efficiently. Ultimately, with Sean’s help, my house sold in 2 days.”

“We are moving from Sudbury and are not the easiest family to find a home for. Rose went above and beyond giving us many of options to view. She put up with us looking for the perfect place and she delivered a dream house! I would recommend Rose to anyone that is looking for that special treatment!”

“Greg Taylor was a professional and he did everything perfectly. He make everything easy for the buyer or seller!”

“We were so fortunate to have worked with the powerhouse realtor and stager duo of Greg and Heather! After Greg Taylor and his team at Real Collective helped us find our new country home, we knew it was crunch time to get our current home on the market! Heather Sorgat with ReStyled gave us clear and detailed instructions on how to prep our house to show it’s best, and walked us through how she could help us. Having last sold a house 15 years ago, we had never worked with a staging consultant. We did not know what to expect. Heather impressed us from the very start! Once Heather’s transformation of our home was complete, Greg worked his magic to have our current home listed, promoted and sold over asking price within the week! The two made the process seamless for us.

Buying and selling a home can be very stressful. Despite a whirlwind schedule, our stress was reduced throughout the process from the confidence we gained from working with these two professionals. We are so happy with the expertise that Greg and Heather brought to our home buying and selling experience!”

“It has been a pleasure finding a home with Rose as my realtor. Her guidance, knowledge and expertise has been very valuable in finding a place to call home.

Rose’s knowledge and passion for her work made the process seamless and Rose ensured all my questions and concerns were addressed. I always felt as though Rose had my best interest at heart. I would undoubtedly recommend Rose to any friend and family and will definitely use her when I’m ready to purchase a home.”

Working with Greg Taylor was an absolute pleasure! His attention to detail, prompt service, and deep knowledge of the market made the entire process seamless. His exceptional negotiation skills ensured that we got the best deal possible. Throughout the journey, I felt incredibly comfortable with such a significant purchase, thanks to his professionalism and expertise. I highly recommend Greg and REAL Collective to anyone looking to buy or sell a property.

“I worked with Ermin over a number of months in search of a property that was suitable to my purposes. Ermin started broad, sending me a range of listings, many of which were not quite to my needs. More importantly, he took my feedback and refined the search until we started getting good, viable properties.

When we found a property that was suitable, he promptly scheduled showings, provided pertinent advice on the home, and coordinated on purchase strategy. During the purchase, he made viable recommendation for services that I had no contact with (home inspectors, lawyer and mortgage broker), and simplified things on my end as a result.

Its unrealistic to expect anyone to simply understand what you want and are looking for, but Ermin put in an effort to work with me over time, got to know what I was looking for, then adopted those values in our search. He adequately represented my interests throughout the process, and unlike many professionals I’ve worked with over the years, he actually answers the phone.

Keep Grinding Brother!”

“(Greg is) honest, dedicated, great negotiator, available, diligent, client focused, and (goes) above and beyond.”

“Elliot really knows his stuff! I’ve likely sold a dozen properties with Elliot. Since he’s an investor himself, he understand what a real estate investor needs, and even for buyers or sellers of a home for personal use, he brings a practical business sense to the transaction that helps with successful negotiation and ensuring such a large financial decision is taken care of properly.”

“Greg Taylor is the agent you want representing you, whether buying or selling. He made our experience entirely positive, and we would highly recommend him to anyone. He goes the extra mile to take you every step of the way, and always with enthusiasm and a smile.”

I just bought a house with REAL Collective. I worked with Sean Tasse and Brendan McKeigan and they were fantastic. It was my first home buying experience and I felt very well supported and cared for. They are kind, caring, honest, wonderful people. I very highly recommend them!!

“The REAL Collective team supported Greg Taylor through our purchase and selling experience. We couldn’t ask for a better team.”

“Our experience working with Greg was fantastic from start to finish…we would recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell. He knows the business, knows the area, and knows how to make sure your dream house is a possibility. Five stars!”

“We wanted to thank you for your guidance, advice, services, and professionalism. This outcome exceeded our expectations.

We will be recommending you to everyone.”

“I had a great experience with Real Collective. Sean Tasse and his team were simply amazing! They are friendly, dedicated, and professional. The entire process of working through the sale of my house was seamless and well arranged. I strongly recommend anyone interested in having the best real estate deal with their team.”

“I had a wonderful experience with Sean and his team. They made the process look easy and stress free. They really know what they are doing. I would recommend them to anyone I know.”

“Sean and team were amazing! Sean worked very hard to get us what we were hoping for. Making our dreams come true!! He was super supportive and attentive. Highly highly recommend!!”

“Brendan deserves 6 stars for his patience, great attitude and market knowledge. We had a blast working with him and Sean to eventually find our forever home. Very grateful for the support and definitely felt like we were in good hands throughout the entire process.”

“(Elliot) Answered questions about investment properties using personal experience. Pointed out flaws and features of properties we viewed. We live in another city and Elliot and his team helped us feel comfortable searching for and buying our property online and in person.”

“We have now worked with Brendan three times because he is prepared to every showing, readily available to answer all questions, and is always able to provide key market metrics. Buying and selling can be stressful, but with Brendan there’s always plenty of laughs and is all around a good time. He goes above and beyond to ensure his clients are happy, we look forward to working with him again in the future.”

“Sean is amazing. He was so patient with us and he and his team took us to see a ton of houses. His main goal was always for us to find a place that suited our needs. I was a bit worried that it would never happen but we finally put in a conditional offer and we couldn’t be happier with the place we found. Hire Sean you won’t be disappointed!”

“Sean is just simply amazing! There has been times where I have struggled and he has been there answering my questions and helped me step by step. He will go out of his way to help you. He is very confident in what he does, and surely he knows his stuff very well! Would highly recommend him.”

“Sean is the best real estate agent I have ever worked with and intend to use him again when the time comes to sell or buy new property. The most difficult quality to find in a agent is the ability to balance what you want with what is best for you – and these are not always the same thing! Sean is an expert at it. He listens to understand what is important to you and then blends that with his own experience of what he believes is best for you to come up with an exact match for your needs. It did not take long for him to find exactly what I was looking for and I am enjoying my condo ever since. Sean is honest, direct and easy to work with. Highly recommended.”

“Brendan is definitely one of a kind. My husband and I walked into his office not knowing a thing about buying a home or what questions to ask, and Brendan took away all those worries. Within minutes we were laughing and telling stories like old friends, all while Brendan snuck in all the information we didn’t know we needed. It was a breeze!! He hooked us up with so many listings for houses with all our desired specs and price range… we fell in love with a few but finally settled on the perfect one. (Brendan was patient with me especially when I’d look at house after house and find some reason to love each one! Haha!) Now, almost 2 years after buying our home, we consider Brendan a friend. We touch base every now and then and pick up right where we left off.”

“They say buying your first home is supposed to be stressful, well whoever ‘they’ are did not have Brendan as their agent. From our first meeting to walking into my new home Brendan made the whole experience incredible. From him amazing communication, dedication to helping me find the perfect home and his impeccable taste in beer I was consistently amazed with the level of personal service I received. During this tough housing market having someone who can make the experience not only easy but enjoyable is a game changer. My only complaint would be that I bought a house, because now I have less of an excuse to enjoy Brendan’s company, I may need to put my place up on the market soon, and when I do, call Brendan because he is going to help you buy it!”

“Sean Tassé is a real estate and sales genius! I bought my first investment property four years ago (with Sean), and just sold it a month ago (with Sean) for a hefty gain. When it came to buying my property, Sean was patient, educated me on up and coming neighbourhoods in Ottawa, and was able to negotiate the property I wanted for under asking. When it came to selling my property, Sean formalized a detailed plan with his interior designer given my reno budget, used his data-driven software to determine when it would be best to list my property, and expertly negotiated $75,000 OVER my home’s asking price/fair market value. I strongly recommend Sean Tassé to be your agent if you’re buying/selling in the Ottawa region. He is highly responsive in his communication, wicked smart, patient, and is an avid long distance runner! Anyone is welcome to contact me if you have questions about my experience and Sean’s excellent business practices.”

“I normally do not write reviews as I am not easily impressed by the quality of service I have witnessed from past experiences. However, during my dealings with Sean, he has only demonstrated the highest level of quality service and earned a flattering review. In my perspective Sean is one of the most driven and knowledgeable realtors in Ottawa and every chance I get I make referrals to illustrate the confidence I have in him. Sean contacted me out of the blue as did many other agents however Sean presented himself very differently; he was driven, persuasive, well organized and enthusiastic. What I like the most about Sean is his compassion; he thinks outside the box and is flexible to change. I find him to articulate, network and attend to needs extraordinarily well. He is a master negotiator and his approach always seem to result in effectively meeting my needs as well as leaving everyone involved feeling comfortable. I will continue to recommend Sean not only because he is an outstanding agent but also because he is an AMAZING person! SEAN ROCKS!”

“An amazing realtor. Always willing to go the extra mile for his clients, sometimes literally as I had this poor man from the west end of the city to the east! A true gem, if you want a great real estate agent, you want Sean! Not just your friend in real estate, he will make your family feel like his family.”

“Sean is one of the most honest and well-meaning person I’ve had the pleasure of working with. I purchased my first home through him and he went above and beyond to make sure the entire process went smoothly. He worked with my busy schedule and set aside plenty of time so we could go see homes throughout Ottawa. Never once did he rush a viewing or made me feel like I was wasting his time. In fact, he took the time to voice his opinion on properties we visited taking into account what my family and I were looking for. As it was my first home purchase, Sean made sure I was comfortable throughout the way including after I took possession. Looking back now, I realize how silly I must have sounded asking about the most mundane things, but Sean never made it seem awkward. When the time comes to eventually purchase a new property, I’ve no doubt in my mind that I’ll be giving Sean a call.”

“Just a note to say thanks for all you have done for us throughout this process. As first time buyers, we had a lot of unanswered questions regarding the purchase of our home. Thank you for providing the answers to many of these and giving us informed advice on the homes that we visited!”

“The Real Collective is an amazing, professional, and dedicated team. I was going through a separation and needed to find a home for me and my daughter. Brendan was very understanding, patient and thorough. He made sure to give me good advice based on my needs and my budget and I was able to find a great house in the location I was looking at. I will use this team again in the future.”

“Brendan deserves 6 stars for his patience , great attitude and market knowledge. We had a blast working with him and Sean to eventually find our forever home. Very grateful for the support and definitely felt like we were in good hands throughout the entire process.”

“We’ve gone through over deals buying and selling properties with Elliot and Sean int he past few years and would recommend them to anyone any day!”
